Your next phone starts with the right questions

Storage, colour, everyday use and budget: a simple checklist before choosing your next smartphone.

Start with what you need

Before browsing offers, write down what you want your next phone to do better. Your priorities might be taking photos, reading, playing games or simply getting through your everyday routine.

Choose a specific configuration

Record the model, storage and colour you want. When you compare store listings, check that they describe that same configuration. A similar product title does not always mean the same item.

Check the complete purchase

Read the seller’s description of the included accessories, warranty, return terms and delivery charges. Confirm anything unclear with the store before placing an order.

Keep a short wish list

Save a few relevant options instead of every phone you see. Revisit that list with your budget in mind, and remove products that no longer fit your needs.
