Montana Eagle Quasar

Montana Eagle Quasar is a two-in-one cigar cutter that merges the Colibri V-Cut and S-Cut into a single tool. It works as both a desktop and tabletop cutter, giving a straight cut or a V-shaped notch depending on the blade used. The body is built for placement on a table or desk between uses.
