Plouise Lip Base

Plouise Lip Base is a creamy primer that preps lips for lipstick or gloss. It smooths the lip surface, defines the lip line, and helps color adhere evenly. The longwear formula keeps pigment in place for hours without feathering. A small amount is enough to create a flawless base for any lip look.
