Artdeco Eye Shadow Base Sensitive

Artdeco Eye Shadow Base Sensitive is a creamy primer for sensitive eyelids. It contains vitamin E and bisabolol to soothe and protect delicate eye skin. The formula prevents eyeshadow from creasing or settling into the eyelid fold. Applied by gently tapping onto the lid, it extends the wear of any eyeshadow.
