CAB 101 High Proof Bourbon

CAB 101 High Proof Bourbon is a Kentucky bourbon made with a wheated recipe using soft red winter wheat instead of rye, sealed with hand-dipped red wax. It has a deep amber color at 50.5% ABV. The nose brings caramel, oak, baking spice, slight heat, and vanilla. The palate is bold with rich toffee, toasted oak, vanilla, pepper, and baking spice, finishing long and warm.
