Elf Concealer Brush

Elf Concealer Brush is built with a tapered head that reaches under the eyes and around the nose. The bristles pick up concealer and press it into small blemishes and uneven areas for a blended result. It works with liquid and cream formulas and can be washed with mild soap after use.
