Kokubo Skimmer Ladle

Kokubo Skimmer Ladle is a kitchen tool for lifting food from hot oil, broth or boiling water. The perforated bowl drains liquid back into the pot while holding solids such as dumplings, vegetables or fried items. Its handle keeps the hand away from steam and splashes during cooking.
