- No Manufacturer - Basra Dried Lime black

Basra Dried Lime comes as whole dried limes with a deep citrus aroma. The limes are sun-dried to a dark brown colour and keep their tangy, slightly smoky flavour. They are used in Gulf and Iraqi cooking, added whole or crushed to stews, soups and rice dishes. Each piece is firm and light, with a hollow centre. Store in a sealed container away from moisture.
