Snapon OES16b

A 1/2-inch drive 16-spline wrench from Snap-on, model OES16b, is built for precise work in tight spaces. Its short, open-ended design allows access to recessed fasteners. The spline profile grips the fastener flanks rather than corners, reducing rounding. Constructed from forged steel, it resists wear under repeated use.
