The Cask & Barrel Erbil 1761 London Dry Gin

The Cask & Barrel Erbil 1761 London Dry Gin follows a juniper-forward London Dry style inspired by the year Thomas Dakin began distilling gin in England. It uses vapour infusion, the same technique behind Bombay Sapphire, for a purer botanical character. Bottled at 47% ABV, its botanicals include juniper, lemon peel, coriander seeds and angelica.
