Halabi Barazek is a Syrian-style sesame cookie topped with toasted sesame seeds and pistachios. Each round biscuit has a crisp, golden texture and a light sweetness from honey or sugar syrup. The barazek is baked in small batches and packed to keep its crunch. It pairs well with tea or coffee and suits sharing at gatherings. Store in a cool, dry place.
